Here the same issue. I try to do a fresh install of Ubuntu 18.10 After stopping the isnstallation and rebooting from a 18.10 bootable USB-stick:
ailed to open \EFI\BOOT\mmx64.efi - Not Found Failed to load image \EFI\BOOT\mmx64.efi - Not Found Failed to start MokManager: Not Found Something has gone seriously wrong: import_mok_state() failed : Not Found I tried to repartition and recreate the boot USB stick from scratch but still the same error message. machine is Intel NUC 8i5BEK. No other OSs.
