I can trigger the bug on the xubuntu 18.10 live mode. The GPU is "Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09)" so I think that's just the integrated chipset for my CPU (Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3320M CPU @ 2.60GHz).
