Public bug reported:

Whenever I try to run a svn command that needs authentication (a commit
or a clone), I get the error:

amateo@joshua:/tmp$ svn co https://xxxxx.um.es/svn/XXXX
Authentication realm: <https://xxxxx.um.es:443> Usuario/contrase?\F1a
Username: XXXXXXXXXX
Password for 'XXXXXXXXXX': ******************

dbus[10163]: arguments to dbus_message_iter_append_basic() were incorrect,
assertion "_dbus_check_is_valid_utf8 (*string_p)" failed in file
../../../dbus/dbus-message.c line 2754.
This is normally a bug in some application using the D-Bus library.

D-Bus not built with -rdynamic so unable to print a backtrace
Abortado (`core' generado)

I'm running ubuntu bionic with subversion 1.9.7-4ubuntu1.
