Sometimes the CPU is on a too high level, that it's crashing the whole
ubuntu, and when I'm restarting, half of the screen contains lines, so I
need to restart again.

Can I ask you one thing? Would you deliberately kill my graphics card,
so I need to buy a new one?

If something is not accessing something, it shouldn't go to a never-
ending loop. The computer is still running and alive.
