Are there any log where can i track down why the time-out happens?

** Description changed:

- Ubuntu 18.04.1 - daily upgrade - max. 2-3 days delay - double clicking

  opens in gedit for me
  
- 1) open a text file by double-clicking inside nautilus. File has been loaded, 
and mouse loader is back to normal.

  Called "net usershare info " but it failed: Failed to execute child process 
“net”
