Thanks. Most likely (usually) this is noise from the motherboard and other system internals, so a hardware design fault. Although manufacturers might disagree about what is an acceptable level of noise. If that's true then your best bet would be to get a USB microphone, which separates the mic electronics from the noisy internals of the computer.
