Same thing here – Thinkpad X240 (Intel graphics and SSD). Should we create a new bug? In my case it is somehow correlated with ethernet. I can reproduce it in this way: 1. No WiFi connection only ethernet connection. 2. Suspend two times, after third time laptop won't suspend and ethernet stops working.
