Hello Mario, This was an intentional change by OpenLDAP developers, in order to fix a replication bug that could cause providers and consumers to lose sync. Please see the upstream issue for the full details:
http://www.openldap.org/its/?findid=6545 I confirm this behaviour on a producer running 2.4.45 or later. I confirm the "Invalid attribute" error (and failure to replicate) on a consumer running 2.4.42, but after upgrading the same to 2.4.45, everything works. I think in this case all I can recommend is to run the same version on your consumers as on your provider. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1809938 Title: delta syncrepl generates reqMod Attribute 'colon' with emtpty value To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openldap/+bug/1809938/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
