Public bug reported:

When scanning a document and then saving it as a PDF file, the default
name is (for French users) "Document numérisé.pdf". I guess because of
the accented characters, a dialog box appears 3 (indeed, 3!) times
warning this file name is invalid. The user has to close each of these 3
dialog boxes before being able to access to the "Save as..." dialog box,
change the default file name for one without accents and, finally, save
its document.

I suggest to replace "Document numérisé.pdf" by just "Document.pdf" or
by "Document numerise.pdf".
