Public bug reported:

glpk uses a fixed-sized buffer when parsing mathprog input; and the
buffer size is a tiny 100 bytes. This can cause problems when reading or
writing files with long paths; and especially when using SQL input.

Suggest changing this to something much larger but still reasonable, at
least 8,000 bytes and preferably more.
