You may take a look here to get some more information about this problem
and what AMD says: https://community.amd.com/thread/225795 - start
reading at 7th post.

Short: AMD says, that this would be a problem of the PSU - but that
seems not to be true, because it happens even w/ PSUs supporting 0A at
12V.

The "Typical current idle" switch seems to disable C6 State - Package -
which is normally enabled (see post 14 at the above given URL). Used
