:michal, it took about 5 seconds to compile and did not return anything to the terminal.
:dragana, yes, I did not seem to be able to resolve any addresses and only hit server not found pages. Though I had not tested with an IP address as my network.trr.uri, testing now shows the same thing. To be transparent, my only changes are network.trr.mode to 3, and network.trr.uri as default or to 104.16.249.249 or 1.1.1.1, and the rest of network.trr.* default.
