Public bug reported:

I installed CCSM a few days ago and was surprised by it's good looks and
user-friendlyness, however I also find that it lacks information about
what plugins do. There is only a small description about plugins when
you hover them, and most of the time this information is just a copy of
the pluginname. So you'll have to enable the plugin and play with it's
settings to discover what it does.

gconf-editor comes with small descriptions about every setting you can
change and is much more user-friendly if you have figured out the GUI.

I think CCSM could come with more information and make itself a far
better configuration tool than gconf-editor.

Last of all, i didn't know where to give my opinion about this, i
figured developers would read this so i filed a bug, instead of
complaining on IRC / the forums / the answers section of Launchpad / the
ubuntu wiki's. If this is the wrong place for this kind of thing, please
do tell where I could offer suggestions about this package. :]

** Affects: compizconfig-settings-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
