@Chris - I'm not certain this is an adequate test of the upgrade process given that you manually modified /etc/apt/sources.list and then ran do- release-upgrade. If you want to confirm that this bug is fixed please skip modifying your sources.list file and just run 'do-release-upgrade -p'. Thanks!
