Installed 18.04.iso onto a "thumb drive", and attempted to install onto
a 16G thumb drive for a "portable" boot drive. Installation went fine,
until a "grub loader crash" whish was a fatal error. The 16G drive that
was being formatted and installation of ubunto 18.04 was a "fresh"
drive, and when the installation asked, I checked that the entire drive
(I believe that was dev/sdb) should be formatted and used for ubuntu.
