Please open this bug back up. It is not fixed! All monitors go off initially, but as soon as the lock-screen happens, my laptop's built-in monitor comes back on and stays on forever. This is an expensive 4K monitor and this bug is burning it up.
The only work-around I've found is to turn off screen-lock, which is not acceptable from a security perspective.
