@kai I tested by switching from UEFI to Legacy mode. There is no problem at all. No need to switch to noacpi mode while installation. After booting everything got worked. lspci listing properly.
So here issue with UEFI mode with Ubuntu 16.04.4 version on Dell 5820 Tower. Is there any known bug discussion is ongoing for this issue? Do you need any info from my side?
