Hello Matthias, or anyone else affected, Accepted icedtea-web into cosmic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/icedtea- web/1.8-0ubuntu8~18.04 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
