Steps to reproduce:
1. Have Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS installed as guest for VirtualBox 5.1.38 host.
2. Install full HWE to Ubuntu
3. Install `virtualbox-guest-x11-hwe` package
4. Setup *Shared Clipboard* and *Drag and Drop* as *Bidirectional* for both
guest and host
Expected results:
* both *Shared Clipboard* and *Drag and Drop* work
Actual results:
* both *Shared Clipboard* and *Drag and Drop* do not work
