As Marius mentioned we already deployed this patch on several instances and now we are monitoring them to see if this still happens. At least 2 of them were affected by the bug before patching so we had to reboot them. If the above information (previous post) is correct and considering the time until this might reproduce or not, I think you might want to include this fix into existing release cycle.
