Public bug reported: I used a Dell Precision 5530 (I+N) machine to install Disco 19.04 beta.
When I boot the Live USB, there was a lot of errors related to nouveau in dmesg. The touchpad responds slow in the beginning, and needs 30 seconds to 1 min then can click the icon on the top right "Install Ubuntu 19.04" After that, the installation can be done and successful.
