It is now one week since you realized that the bug is with Kubuntu 19.04 and NOT with Ubuntu 19.04. I assume that by now you have a VM with Kubuntu 19.04 and tested the impact of an embedded video. Since I have not heard from you, I expect that you have found the bug that caused me to start this report.
