Public bug reported:

Hi developers,I'm facing a problem of inverted or flipped screen. At
first it flipped to 180 degree and after researching i got a solution
but this solution is not permanent and now it flips to 90 degree.

I even tried orientation applet locked it too but it does not matter
screen still flips on its own. I want you to know that my laptop stays
on table all the time, no movement at all but screen flips itself . It
also happens even when I'm watching videos.

I even asked about this on ask ubuntu forums and someone gave me idea of
letting you guys know because developers know better.

So in short, I constantly need to use terminal command to switch it back to
normal and the command I use I think I should mention it too so here it is:

                                        < xrandr -o normal >

i'm using Ubuntu Budgie 18.04.2 LTS 64-bit Hp laptop Intel processor
Core i5 3rd generation
