Public bug reported:

When using a scanning tool like gscan2pdf (which uses unpaper 6.1 to
clean up scans) on Ubuntu 18.04, I get the following error:

"Error running unpaper: [image2 @ 0x551234567890] Using AVStream.codec to pass 
codec parameters to muxers is deprecated, use AVStream.codecpar instead.
[image2 @ 0x551234567890] Encoder did not produce proper pts, making some up."

According to the gscan2pdf author, this is a bug in unpaper:
