Hi, a little update from my side: It seems that faulty memory was the reason for the data corruptions in my case. I have replaced the memory module and everything seems to work fine now. I was quite surprised though that the memory was defective since I did test it carefully for many hours with memtest (20+ passes without any errors). The errors only occured when running Ubuntu ...
