apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected disco

** Description changed:

After upgrading to (X)Ubuntu 19.04, there is a steady (~85bpm)
popping/clicking noise in headphones when not playing anything. If some
application is playing audio, the popping does not happen, but if
playback stops, the popping returns. Downgrading to 18.10 makes the
noise go away. Also did not happen in 18.04 or 17.10.

  Sound hardware:
0a:00.3 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] Family 17h (Models
00h-0fh) HD Audio Controller
  Using the front analog output.
