What is libgraphviz3??? (I'm a graphviz developer, but not a Ubuntiu
user/developer.)

In the Fedora rpms the -Tgtk support is in the primary graphviz rpm, but
provided by a separate plugin, so
it would be trivial to provide a separate graphviz-gtk rpm is that was
important.

Do any systems recent enough to include pango, cairo, actually not have gtk ?
Or is it the Xlib dependency
that you want separated out?
