Binary package hint: gajim
The Bot in Conference room was sending request of my current time - in past
vers of Gajim - everythings was good - now this build - is sending wrong time
zone (i've checked my regional settings - everythings seems fine).
I've re-teserted with other client - PidGin - it was returned correct time
for somehow it returns +3 where it should be +2
