Hi Christian, Yeah it's an unfortunate and annoying issue I can't figure out :-(
So it's the qemu process that goes to 100% after live migration, and the guest becomes unresponsive via VNC console and over the network. Libvirt seems fine, and the live migration appears to complete successfully as "virsh migrate --live" returned error code 0 and the VM shows as "running" in virsh list. I have attached the "virsh dumpxml" output from a different dead VM along with the pidstat and strace output. I can run "perf" if you let me know what options you need.
