Gents: Thanks for the comments . . . I did "sudo" . . . because "su" wasn't accepted ?? But I did "bulk" run the commands . . . . but the first one "E'd" out even with "sudo" . . . which I guess was w/o "sources" . . . . Haven't spent time to look at the repos I have in Lu 19.04 to know if "sources" is something to "check on" or "off" . . . .
