Thank You for all!!! I 'm very glad for your suggestions. I've got about pictures, don't worry.
I'd always thank You even if You'd consider me worst than i am, just becouse You almost loose precious time without any charging! And i know to be not enough clever, nor smart. But i also want You to have from me a suggestion: reed messages more carfully. Thank You. === I had found SUGGESTION ABOUT HOW DESCRIBE A BUB from; https://github.com/octgn/OCTGN/wiki/How-to-write-a-bug-report https://wwwusers.ts.infn.it/~mocchiut/bugs/bugs.html === The USB device are 3: A) STICK, LIVE lubuntu 19.04, NO PERSISTENCE, I NEVER TRIED TO STORE IN IT. B) OLD IDE HD WITH LUBUNTU 19.04 NORMALLY INSTALLED; IS NOT THE DEVICE I STORED WITH FILE WHICH BECOME INVISIBLE FILES. C) STICK, STORAGE, 15GB NTFS, PLACE WERE STORED FILES ARE INVISIBLE. ALTHOUGH I CHECKED AND PROOVED THEY REALLY ARE STORED IN IT! === I paste below some informations from the last message you've received from me. (...) The problem i described happens with: A) Lubuntu 19.04 booted through live immage on USB pendrive; the problem exactly happens/occurs in the same way if using the same live immage on the USB stick, which obviously IS NOT THE STORAGE ONE, but booted in/with 2 different machines (NoteBook; PC). B) Lubuntu 19.04 installed on external USB hd (...) === THE WHOLE LAST MESSAGE YOU'VE RECEIVED FROM ME Ok, as soon as i can i'll send more info. And i may try to incorporate those info in LAUNCHPAD if it isn't automatic by answering as i'm doing now... The problem i described happens with: A) Lubuntu 19.04 booted through live immage on USB pendrive; the problem exactly happens/occurs in the same way if using the same live immage on the USB stick, which obviously IS NOT THE STORAGE ONE, but booted in/with 2 different machines (NoteBook; PC). B) Lubuntu 19.04 installed on external USB hd. - I didn't try if the problem i described occurs even if storing the same files but in a different memory USB stick. I am going to check several different possible cases, like, for example, saving the same files (with the same name and the same esxtention too) and running other os, and then checking in lubuntu 19.04 if that files are visible or invisible. I already know they will be stored, even if not seen: this becouse, as in the past, if i try again to store the same files in the same USB stick memory, a message (flag, pop up, dialog window...) comes and warns about the conflict: (... DO YOU WANT TO OVERWRITE...). Working as in the above A) point, I had saved some pictures in properly named folder which were after nested in another folder. Then i copy (dragging, or copy and past) this folder to a NTFS formatted 16gb USB stick memory with a lot of free space. This operation was done without any error message. But when i tried to find out that folder, it was invisible; but it WAS NOT INVISIBLE RUNNING ANOTHER OS and mounted and opened the same USB stick memory, the one with the files that lubuntu 19.04 hides/covers/conceals. Not only folders are lubuntu 19.04 victims/casualties of invisibility when anyway really stored in the USB stick memory i mentioned/referred about above. Running MINT_19.1, i downloded the files "opera-stable_60.0.3255.70_amd64.deb"and i saved it in the usual USB stick, but when i tried to use that file during lubuntu 19.04 session, i couldn't do it becouse the file "opera- stable_60.0.3255.70_amd64.deb"was invisible inside the the usual USB stick memory: INVISIBLE YES, BUT ALSO PRESENT! Since i was unable to work with that file already stored but invisible, i decided to download it again. When i tried to save that file (“opera- stable_60.0.3255.70_amd64.deb”)in the usual USB for storage, i discovered it was already memorized/stored in the usual USB since it appeared the warning message (flag, pop up, dialog window...) concerning/regarding the conflict for the already existing file in the destination directory. As i already wrote, i apologize for my poor english... > > Il 1 maggio 2019 alle 2.27 Walter Lapchynski <w...@riseup.net> ha scritto: > > Again, pictures could be helpful. > > Also, I would suggest providing *clear* and *simple* instructions that > anyone could follow to reproduce the exact same issue.
