Public bug reported: I have done a fresh install of Ubuntu 19.04 64-bit. Only thing I had to do was to disable Wayland for gdm to start. But when I try to open gnome-control-center, it does not show up. It shows in the side pane. But no window is visible. No error can be seen when opened via command line.
I re-installed gnome-control-center. Did not solve the issue.
