Public bug reported: For now in Eoan we removed the sysV script to avoid an issue on install/remove/install where invoke rc.d is trying to start the still masked service and fails - so after install no time-service is running.
Some of our service related Delta is currently brought to Debian. => https://salsa.debian.org/debian/chrony/merge_requests/1 Once that is merged we will take another look at this i/r/i issue as it was stated to be resolved in debhelper 12. It wasn't for us in the last tests, but it could be if more is synced to Eoan. If it is successful, then stop dropping the sysV script.
