HI just an update Gnome-todo seems to be syncing both ways again. When adding a task to Gnome-todo it will sync straight away to Google tasks.
When adding a task in Google tasks, for it to show up in Gnome-todo I ether have to close it for around ten minutes and reopen or reboot the computer for it to show up.
