A new BIOS version (304) was released for the UX433FN a couple of days ago and that seems to fix the problem, at least I can boot newer Fedora kernels, which I couldn't before the BIOS update. I don't have a bootable Disco Dingo USB stick at hand, but maybe somebody else can try?
