1. Please reproduce the problem again, then reboot and run:

   journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt

   and send us the file 'prevboot.txt'.

2. Your computer seems to be in recovery mode with low quality graphics
mode enabled. If this is not intentional then please reboot and hold
down shift before the purple screen appears. Then navigate through the
menus and choose a normal kernel to boot that is not recovery mode.
