ubuntu 18.10 Server
1. Sanity Check from -proposed in Ubuntu 18.04 desktop:
1) install/upgrade/uninstall open-vm-tools
2) install /uninstall open-vm-tools-desktop
3) check tools service and VGAuth service
4) check tools service and VGAuth service after reboot VM
5) check guestInfo with esxi command
