Bug reproducing instructions

1. Locate Konqueror entry from desktop menu
2. Click the menu entry in order to launch Konqueror
Expected behavior
=================
Konqueror launches.
Current behavior
================
Konqueror doesn't launch. In KDE the icon appears in the task bar with the
launching animation and then disappears.
Workaround
==========
1. Alt-F2 to fire up a command prompt
2. Input `konqueror about:konqueror`
3. Press enter
