Thanks for the response, Oliver. Today, the results are different. There is no error message, but the Gaia videos will not start. That is, there is no response to a left click on the little GUI in the center of the video display image. Also, I would like to comply with your request but have no clue where to start. What exactly is not working? Streaming videos maybe? Can you share the exact error message that you get? Also, please run the following command in a terminal to attach additional information to the bug report: apport-collect 1834375 Thanks! ** Changed in: firefox (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are subscribed to the bug report. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1834375 Title: Gaia.com videos unsupported Status in firefox package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Firefox could not play videos on Gaia.com. The error message blamed the browser. So I downloaded and installed the browser Opera, with the same results and message. Both browsers would play Youtube videos. Please enable Gaia.com videos.
