Public bug reported:
The file 'applications.menu' is missing. This is a followup bug of
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=408878. She solution is fairly
simply just a link from kf5-applications.menu. I suppose that this
depends on the used desktop environment (KDE 5.56.0 in my case, since I
am using Kubuntu 19.04).
