1. Install Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
2. Install HPLIP packages with `sudo apt-get install hplip hplip-gui`
3. Install HPLIP Plugin with `hp-plugin`
4. Run `hp-check --run`
Expected results:
* `hp-check --run` does not report errors and warnings (as it was installed
from APT)
Actual results:
* `hp-check --run` reports errors and warnings (full output is in attachment)
