Reason: The seeds which are initially put after the install of Ubuntu
Eoan from their images are broken, thus giving this error. It seems that
Ubuntu Eoan images shipped snapd with the broken seeds.
Error message: "error: too early for operation, device not yet seeded or
device model not acknowledged"
Workaround:
1. Uninstall snapd and remove their config files using "sudo apt purge snapd"
2. Install snapd and gnome-software-plugin-snap using "sudo apt install snapd
gnome-software-plugin-snap"
3. Try to install snaps, like Discord.
