Hello Miroslav, or anyone else affected, Accepted cmake into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cmake/3.10.2-1ubuntu2.18.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
