This is still a problem. Last paragraph in entry #27; https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/1299604/comments/26, seems to have solved the problem for now.
I my case I had about seven entries för Yahoo Mail in my keyring. Removing all Yahoo-entries except the one named "Evolution Data Source" with the most recent password fixed it.
