Thanks for forwarding the bug. The ability to drag and drop the columns to rearrange them is of course not an issue, since it's an added feature above and beyond regular column headers. But previous releases of Evolution have had the same capability, while looking just like regular column headers, which is why I feel that it's a regression - granted, a very minor one.
Upstream, the change may have been made intentionally, to make the drag and drop feature more discoverable (I don't follow Evolution development very closely).
