The problem I found was with the IcedTea version of Java, this will not allow you to VNC via the Firefox, the java constantly. If you remove the IcedTea version of Java and install Epiphany web browser with Real VNC, It should work. I have found that, that works for me. The new FireFox 2.0.0.9 and IcedTea Java do not work with RealVNC. See my crash report, this was the day I removed IcedTea Java, my RealVNC now works and no move crashed Java reports.
