hi, im using ubuntu 7.10 which i upgraded frm 7.04 using the gutsy alternate cd. sorry i do not know what is a backtrace. anyway i asked the doubt on ubuntuforums and somebody told me to uninstall openoffice.org-gtk from synaptics. i did it and its working fine now. but when i close a file, the save-discard-cancel dialogue comes in fullscreen.
