Public bug reported: Binary package hint: python-twill
$ twill-sh go http://www.euro-parts.com/en/homeboutique.aspx fv 'aspnetForm' 'TextBox1' 'my_name_is_earl' <traceback> The packager of python-twill removed the bundled "clientform", "mechanized" and "pyparsing", prefering to use the Ubuntu-provided ones. I haven't dug deeper to see which package needs to be upgraded so python-twill's form parsing works. Since twill does provide a bundled solution that works, lets use it, eh? ** Affects: pyparsing (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: python-clientform (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: python-mechanize (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: twill (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: python-clientform (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: python-mechanize (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: pyparsing (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- python-twill must use the bundled mechanize and clientform modules instead of system provided ones https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/164518 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
