Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
I note disk-by\x2dpartlabel-Microsoft\x5cx20reserved\x5cx20partition.device appeared twice with different sysfs paths /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:17.0/ata2/host1/target1:0:0/1:0:0:0/block/sdb/sdb3 and /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:17.0/ata1/host0/target0:0:0/0:0:0:0/block/sda/sda3 Have you cloned one disk to another? but not changed the UUIDs? A quick glance makes it look to me like you have created a condition that should NOT exist and this is a warning of problems down the road. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1841879 Title: Ubuntu crashed on install To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub-installer/+bug/1841879/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
