One way to circumvent this dependency bug is to install the following packages from the Feisty repo using »dpkg -i PKGNAME«:
kde4libs-data_3.80.3-0ubuntu4_all.deb kdelibs5_3.80.3-0ubuntu4_i386.deb libpoppler1_0.5.4-0ubuntu8.2_i386.deb libpoppler1-qt4_0.5.4-0ubuntu8.2_i386.deb Then you can install okular just using »apt-get install okular«.
